Bill Lamb

Bill Lamb was born in Chicago and grew up in Evanston.
The Navy sent him to Princeton in exchange for three years as an officer on the USS Hancock, CVA-19. Then he was off to graduate school where he received a PhD in Chemical Engineering. For the next 35 years, he worked for the DuPont Company, the largest U.S. based chemical company. His responsibilities covered a wide range of management positions, including research, product development, international planning, manufacturing, technical support, domestic and international sales, and business operations. Mr. Lamb retired in 2000 and moved from Naperville to Plainfield in 2001. He is currently President of the Lakelands Community HOA and serves as a Village representative on the Plainfield Economic Partnership Board. Click to email Trustee Lamb |
